Rapid blend+

RAPID BLEND+ is a unique blend of Enzymes like Amylase, Protease, Phytase, Pectinase, Cellulase, Xylanase, Beta-Glucanase, Lipase along with stable Probiotics suitable for array of feed stocks.

Poultry feed is a complex mixture of cellulose, plant fibre, grains, fatty matter, oil seeds and oilcakes. Cereals contain complex carbohydrate known as non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs). Cereals like wheat and barley increases arabinoxylans and beta-glucans these are recognized as anti-nutritional in behavior. They increase the viscosity of food and put pressure on the animal’s own enzymes (digestive system). Pigs and Poultry do not produce the necessary digestive enzymes to hydrolyse NSPs and have a negative impact on the nutritional absorption values in the absence of suitable enzymes.

Probiotics have been primarily used to establish normal intestinal flora to prevent or minimize the disturbances caused by enteric pathogens and serve the function of antibiotic feed additives in bird diets. Addition of NSP enzymes, to animal diets allows the breakdown of these anti-nutritional factors faster and completes digestion of the feed, leading to improved nutritive value.

Primary function of the enzymes and probiotics are:

  • Cellulase is required for the digestion of cellulosic plant material.
  • Xylanase helps in digestion of plant fibres.
  • ß-Gluconase is essential for the hydrolysis of beta glucan - reduces viscosity.
  • Lipase is needed for efficient metabolism of oils and fats, which is a current trend in Indian feeds.
  • Phytase is required to make phosphorous available to the body.
  • Protease helps in getting optimum amino acids from feed.
  • Amylase is required to hydrolyse starchy material in the feed.
  • Pectinase helps in decomposition of dried plant material, fruits and fibres.
  • Probiotics improve feed conversion efficiency.

RAPID BLEND+ is specially formulated which supports digestion, hydrolyses NSPs, increases the energy availability and performance of feed that contain wheat bran, soya beans, corn, rapeseed, sunflower seed, peas, etc.

Dosage:

The enzyme can be dosed at a rate of: 200 - 400g/ton of feed.

(Variation in dosage depends on enzyme being used independently or in combination with other enzymes to make feed formulations),
