Rapid Pigex

Rapid Pigex is a unique blend of enzymes like Amylase, Protease, Phytase, Pectinase, Cellulase, Xylanaseß- Glucanasesuitable for an array of feed stock.

In modern feed formulations, each ingredient contains several anti-nutritional factors (ANF). The activity of such ANF depends upon the anti-nutrient concerned and the concentration in the final ration. Many ANF are anti-nutritional because they do not degrade sufficiently as the digestive enzymes are not present in the gastrointestinal tract. In such cases, any process, which will reduce ANF concentrations, will enhance performance and relax some of the constraints on feed formulation.

It is under such circumstances that exogenous enzymes can be of benefit. Many enzymes like Phytase,ß - Glucanase, etc, are virtually absent from the intestinal tract of the animal, while their target substrates are present in the average monogastric ration in relative abundance.

Primary Functions of Enzymes:

  • Cellulase is required for the digestion of cellulosic plant material.
  • Xylanase helps in digestion of plant fibers.
  • ß-Glucanase is essential for the hydrolysis ofbeta glucan - reduces viscosity.
  • Phytase is required to make phosphorous available to the body.
  • Protease helps in getting optimum amino acids from feed.
  • Amylase is required to hydrolyze starchy material in the feed.
  • Pectinase helps in decomposition of dried plant material, fruits and fibers.

Rapid Pigex is specially suited for improved energy performance of feeds that contain wheat bran, soya beans, corn, rapeseed, sunflower seed, peas, etc. Rapid Pigex is a special formulation as it supports digestion, increases the energy availability and hydrolyses non-starch polysaccharides, resulting in reduction infeed conversion ratio and increase in body weights.

Dosage:

Rapid Pigexcan be dosed at a rate of 250 – 400g /ton of feed.
